Timoshenko, Konstantin

Konstantin Timoshenko earned his Ph.D. entitled “Russian Government Accounting: Changes at the Central Level and at a University” in Business Administration at Nord University Business School. He currently is Associate Professor at the Department of Business, Marketing and Law at the School of Business at the University of South-Eastern Norway. His principal scholarly
interests have developed at the interface between public sector accounting and public administration and he teaches courses in financial and managerial accounting.
