O'Loughlin, Eddie
Coordinator of GENE 2008–2015. He worked as Head of Information with Irish Aid, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ireland from 1997–2000. He studied politics and history at University College Dublin and Helsinki University, has a Masters Degree in Political Science.
