Abstract
“Inclusive talent development and well-being: Two sides of the same coin?” Based on this question, the article examines how inclusive talent development and student well-being can be integrated within the context of school learning opportunities. To this end, the underlying concept of inclusive talent development is first outlined and linked to School well-being. Subsequently, drawing on self-determination theory, the article discusses how inclusive talent development and student well-being can be fostered together through the fulfillment of basic psychological needs for autonomy, competence, and social relatedness.
