Abstract

Inclusion, Education for Sustainable Development, and digitality have so far rarely been thought of and implemented together. At the same time, these educational approaches promise a high transformative potential in schools. This article outlines an exploratory approach from the perspective of school management on transformation processes in schools. The conditions for success are to be elaborated.
