Abstract
Although school health promotion is progressing, school principals have rarely been considered in research and practice. Hence, this article aims to provide an overview of the current research on (1) stress and health of school principals, (2) the relationship between leadership and teacher health and (3) the role of school principals in the implementation of school health promotion.
