KOUTROUBA, Konstantina is a Professor in Harokopio University in Athens. Her subject title is “pedagogical and instructional studies”. Her research interests focus on (i) the study of the factors on which effective teaching and learning within school settings is based, (ii) the implementation of innovative teaching strategies s that contribute to students’ cognitive, social and affective development (iii) the classroom management in relation to teaching and learning outcomes and (iv) the application of scientific interventions for teacher profile and professionalism reinforcement. She has published a great number of research papers in international journals & edited volumes. She also participated in many international conferences.
