Zusammenfassung:
In diesem Beitrag wird zunächst der Bedeutung von Akkulturation für den schulischen Kontext nachgegangen. Danach werden Konzepte interkultureller Kompetenz vorgestellt und – bezogen auf den Schulkontext – die Notwendigkeit eines Konzepts interkultureller Kompetenz von Organisationen diskutiert.

This article outlines the importance of acculturation for the
pedagogical context of schools and presents concepts of intercultural competence. Relating to school development special impact lies on discussing the necessity of a concept of intercultural competence of organizations with regard to schools.
