Sudeshna Lahiri is Associate Professor in Department of Education, University of Calcutta (India) since 2007. Also, served in Faculty of Education, Banaras Hindu University for nearly three years (2004–2007). Her research areas focused on ‘Teacher Appraisal’ and ‘Evaluation Research’. Research credential includes completion of Major Research Project funded by University Grants Commission; Indian Council of Social Science and Research and NUEPA, India. She has been the recipient of Stipendium Hungaricum Fellowship (2015–16); Fulbright-Nehru Visiting Lecturer Fellowship (2012–13) and International Visitor Leadership Program (MRP: 2010–11) granted by US Department of state, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Office of International Visitors.
