Winter, Victor

Professor Winter has been in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Nebraska since 2001. Prior to that he was the Principal Investigator of the High Integrity Software program at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Winter is the creator of Bricklayer, an educational ecosystem which draws upon his research experiences and insights in the areas of language design, program transformation,
and source-code analysis.
