Muyinda, Paul Birevu

Dr. Muyinda holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems specializing in m- and e-learning. He is a Senior Lecturer and Dean of the School of Distance and Lifelong Learning. Dr. Muyinda joined Makerere University in 1998. His other qualifications include: certificate
in online facilitation, postgraduate diploma in education (ICT), masters of computer science and bachelor of statistics. He has attended several regional and international e-learning skills improvement training courses. Paul is ardent educational technology teacher, researcher and consultant. He has research interest ICT4E, ICT4D and distance and online education.
