Goodwin, Morten

Morten Goodwin acquired his B.Sc. and M.Sc. at Agder University College, Norway 2003 and 2005 respectively. He received his Ph.D. from Aalborg University in 2011 with the thesis „Towards Automated eGovernment Monitoring“. The Ph.D. was on applying learning algorithms and web-mining techniques on eGovernment indicators which are difficult to measure automatically. Dr. Goodwin is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of ICT, University of Agder, Norway. Dr. Goodwin’s research interests include data-mining, optimization, and machine learning. Additionally, he has several high ranked scientific publications.
