Thielsch, Angelika
Angelika Thielsch, born in Kassel/Germany 1979. M.A. in cultural anthropology, gender studies and romance language and literature. Employed at the Georg-August-University Göttingen at the Division for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. As lecturer and advisor of the academic staff she currently develops team teaching programs for young academics. Before working in Göttingen she was employed at the Technical University of Munich (Carl von Linde-Academy/ProLehre). Currently working on a PhD project concerning African literature and its ability to promote intercultural education in higher education. Researcher and trainer of workshops in higher education on the issues of research based teaching, diversity in the classroom, self-directed learning, and teaching portfolios.
