This article is about secondary schools in Northrhine-Westfalia, which have explicitly adopted a European dimension in education and after having successfully completed a process of accreditation received the title: Europaschulen (Europe schools) by the regional government. In what follows, empirical findings gained within a survey carried out in 2012 with all schools with this profile in Northrhine-Westfalia on their activities in view of having adopted a curriculum and projects on Europe and the visibility of Europe in the schools are reported.
