Opportunities for Participation in Interaction between Adults’ Action Strategies and Children’s Perspectives in a Primary School with a Participation Concept
In a primary school with a participation concept, observations and interviews explored, which strategies adults use to implement participation and which perspectives children have on their participation opportunities. The results show that sometimes a high degree of participation is achieved. At the same time, new hierarchies and restrictions of scope for action arise, which are critically discussed.
