“Only Our Lighthouses Are still Radiating!” – The Difficult Path towards Inclusion

Inclusion, as demanded by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, is undergoing a crisis of acceptance. That became apparent by elections in two federal states. Due to the current refugee crisis this issue is even intensified. According to the author’s hypothesis there is a limit of acceptance in the field of “social and emotional development.” Probably only a new start provides inclusion with more pedagogical acceptance.
