The article deals with the schooling of newly arrived migrant children as part of school development under the conditions of migration. The three areas organizational development, human resources development, and curriculum development structure the approaches that will be discussed. We see an overlap between recent approaches of school development in an increasingly diverse society in general and approaches that focus on inclusion of newly arrived migrant students.
