Feedback from students is an important, yet rarely used method for the improvement of instruction. The current contribution reports results from qualitative and quantitative analyses of evaluation data, comprising the students’ perceptions, the subjective importance and the teachers’ valuation of central aspects of teaching. It aims at showing the high informative potential students’ perspectives can have for teachers. Hopefully, the presented results encourage curiosity and trust in the views of students on instruction.
