Abstract
This paper presents results of a quantitative and qualitative study examining the cooperation of teachers and pedagogical staff concerning individual fostering of students. The results show a low level of cooperation between the groups, which is mainly limited to the direct exchange about individual students. Higher levels of cooperation are only found with regard to children with special educational needs.
