KomPaed – Task-related Competences in Fields of Educational Activities

Abstract

The KomPaed project focuses on generic competences, which are essential for the professional activities of university graduates. We performed qualitative guided interviews with employers of educational science graduates and asked them about the duties and tasks of their employees. This information is used to develop and validate a survey instrument for the analysis of job characteristics and requirements.
