The day-to-day cooperation between teachers is not very pronounced. However, within school development processes and steering committees, teachers need to collaborate. This essay does not intend to make normative suggestions for the design of teacher collaborations, but describes cooperative processes within two different steering committees. The following comparative qualitative analysis presents quality issues and structural problems that occur during cooperation.
