Gemma Carbo Ribugent, Dr., is Director of the UNESCO Chair in Cultural Policies and Cooperation at the University of Girona (UdG), Associate Professor at the Department of Education at UdG, Academic Coordinator of the Joint Master’s Degree Programme on Cultural Management of the Open University of Catalonia and the University of Girona and President of ConArte International, an international association that works towards the advancement of arts and cultural education in Catalonia and abroad. Dr. Carbó’s research interests and expertise lie in the fields of cultural and educational policies, education and cultural
diversity.
