Deiser, Roland

Professor Dr. Roland Deiser is a Senior Drucker Fellow and the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for the Future of Organization at the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University (USA), where his current work focuses on the impact of social media on leadership and organization, and on the organizational capabilities required in disruptive business environments. He is also Chairman of the Executive Corporate Learning Forum (ECLF), a consortium of more than 70 major multinational corporations from 14 countries. He has published more than 40 articles in scientific and professional journals and books and is the author of Designing the Smart Organization (2009) and Transformers (2014).
