Alexander, Patricia A.

Prof. Dr. Patricia A. Alexander is the Jean Mullan Professor of Literacy and a Distinguished Scholar-Teacher in the Department of Human Development and Quantitative Methodology at the University of Maryland. Her programs of research focus on academic development and such associated constructs as knowledge, strategic processing, interest, epistemic competence and relational reasoning.
