Abstract
When will we finally make use of the given intellect to sensibly implement the long overdue peace for all on planet Earth? After reflections on the supposed normality of warlike logic, references to central cosmopolitan thoughts in the humanist and European Enlightenment tradition are outlined and systematically related to current questions on the overdue implementation of a world civil law.
