Abstract
The Standing Scientific Commission (SWK) was founded as an independent advisory body to the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder (KMK). In this interview, we look at how the work at the interface between science and education policy in the federal states is organized and what potential, but also challenges, arise from communication at this level.
