First Empirical Findings on the Resistance Phenomenon from a School Development Project for Individual Support at the Gymnasium

Abstract

While resistance is repeatedly highlighted as relevant in the context of school development, the phenomenon has not yet been investigated empirically. The context of a network-based school development project for individual support at Gymnasiums (grammar schools) provided the opportunity to explore instances of resistance from various stakeholder groups of the project. First findings are presented in this report.
