Data-based School Improvement – Direct and Indirect Effects of Integrative Leadership on Teachers’ Data Use

Abstract
The present article reports the effects of school principals’ integrative leadership behavior, including transformational and instructional components, on teachers’ data use. Results of a structural equation model indicate signifi cant positive direct and indirect eff ects on teachers’ use of various data. Total eff ects seem to be mainly mediated by teachers’ cooperation activities.
