Abstract

Despite their omnipresence, the relationship between digital media and school leaders in Germany has never been explored. The present contribution aims to shed a light on this by first reporting on the role of digital media for organizing and developing schools. Next, results from an exploratory study on the role of digital media for leading and developing schools in Germany are presented and reflected.
