Power and Participation in a Multi-Professional Education Association
The number of educational networks, in which schools and out-of-school actors seek to meet current educational challenges, is steadily rising. The resulting structures of participation and power have so far hardly been addressed in scientific studies. Taking the example of the educational network RuhrFutur we focus on this desideratum through qualitative analyses. Empirical results indicate hierarchies based on positions of structural power.
