Abstract
Social work interventions shown by the example of the project Querbeet in the context of excluding tendencies in urban spaces: Urban growth leads to increasing strain on the already intense housing market. Homeless or addicted people in urban environments are marked as divergent and excluded from social contexts. The project Querbeet is used as an example for plant supported social work, that reacts to urban problems and to improve integration of marginalized population groups.
