Die Erfassung von Global Competences in PISA: Herausforderungen in der theoretischen und empirischen Modellierung globaler Kompetenzen
This article focuses on the assessment of Global Competencies in the context of the PISA 2018 by examining the available OECD documentation (e.g. the framework, the technical report and the (national) reports) and their relationship. An analytical distinction is made between a content-related and a methodological level in order to identify both theoretical-conceptual and methodological challenges in the modeling of Global Competencies.
