Projekte zum Umgang mit migrationsbedingter Heterogenität als Bestandteil der Lehreraus- und -weiterbildung im Regionalverband Ruhr: Überblick und Analyse
In light of the fact that around one-third of students in the German education system have an immigrant background, dealing with migration-based heterogeneity represents a key aspect of teachers’ day-to-day work. In the following article, different educational programs for dealing with this heterogeneity offered to (aspiring) teachers by the Ruhr Regional Association are analyzed with regard to their organizational aspects and program content and discussed against the background of the pedagogic debate on heterogeneity and intercultural education.
