Abstract

The article presents a cooperation model across occupational areas in which teachers and school researchers work together. By means of two case studies it can be shown how both groups contribute their competences and use their different perspectives for team and teaching development. The article depicts the problems and the preconditions for success, outlines the areas of application, and shows ways of team development.
