Kinga Kuszak is an university Professor, at the Faculty of Educational Studies; Department of Elementary Education and Pedagogical Therapy Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Employee of the Department of Elementary Education and Pedagogical Therapy, Deputy Dean for Students Affairs and Organization of Education, Faculty of Educational Studies, Head of the Faculty Didactic Team, Faculty of Educational Studies, Member of the Programme Board of the Inter-Area Individual Studies In the Humanities and Social Sciences, AMU, Chairwoman of the Program Council of the Nationwide Educational Olympiad. Interests are related to stimulating the development of competences of children, pupils and students, teacher education.
