Heinecke-Müller, Michaela
Michaela Heinecke-Müller, PhD, works as an Assistant Professor at the University of Koblenz-Landau, Institute of Psychology, Campus Koblenz in Germany. Studying in Bielefeld and Wuppertal, she specialized in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology, combined with the area of life-long learning and development. Her academic career was added by several years of freelancing experience, appointed by higher regional courts, public insurers as well as psychological service enterprises. Current research interests focus on transcultural approaches to personality, dealing with occupational concerns such as efficacy beliefs, learning motivation and job performance.
