Lutswamba, Jean Kasereka

Jean Kasereka Lutswamba, M.A., is a school coordinator and Director of Education in the Baptist Community in Central Africa where he also manages an in-service teacher training program in participatory pedagogy financially supported by Brot für die Welt/EED. Jean Kasereka is currently a PhD student at Bamberg University in Germany. His research is focused on leadership and educational quality in developing countries.
