Ihre Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind: finnisches Bildungssystem, Implementierung von Innovationen im Bildungswesen, Organisationsentwicklung, Berufspädagogik Gesundheit, Didaktik der Erwachsenenbildung, Elternpartizipation und qualitative Sozialforschung.
