Rissanen, Inkeri

Inkeri Rissanen, PhD, is a University Lecturer in Multicultural education at Tampere University, Faculty of Education and Culture. Rissanen’s academic background is in theology and educational science. Her areas of expertise are multicultural education, religious education and Islamic religious education. Recently, Rissanen has conducted research on educators’ intercultural competences and mindsets, as well as on the inclusion of Muslims in Finnish schools.
