Wanjiru Kariuki, Priscilla
Priscilla Wanjiru Kariuki is Professor of Psychology at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She received her PhD from the University of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in 1980. Her areas of specialization include social psychology, education, child development, cross-cultural psychology and gender analysis. Much of her research work revolves round the role of women in attempting to make the delicate balance between education, culture change and family stability in Kenya.
