
Ulfat, Fahimah
Fahimah Ulfat is Professor for Islamic Education at the Centre of Islamic Theology at the University of Tuebingen. Her first monograph entitled „Self-Positioning of Muslim Children to God“ was based on her PhD dissertation at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Her research is primarily empirically oriented and she has written several articles and essays in peer reviewed journals and books. Her research interests include inter alia concepts of belief and knowledge of Muslim children and youth, Gender role concepts of Muslim youth, teaching research, Collective orientations of Christian and Muslim students with regard to the perception of the respective other religion (interdisciplinary).
