1994, Internationale Hochschulschriften, Band 99, 168 Seiten, paperback, 25,50 €, ISBN 978-3-89325-213-8

Inhalt

The increase in information density in modern street traffic is causing higher levels of strain on the visual and auditory sensory organs of drivers. The question arises whether there may be opportunities to employ alternative senses like the propriopreceptive or tactile for relaying essential information to drivers. The present study attempts to analyse the question from the perspective of applied psychology using a series of laboratory and field experiments.
